Adding Devices to Duo 

 

Mobile/landline phone number

 

To add a device to your Duo account, you can log into 2fa.ndus.edu where you will be presented with your current devices and the choice to add a device.

You will need to click the “Add a device” button bringing up the device options prompt.

From this menu, you will choose the Phone number option which will bring up the prompt to enter your phone number.

Note: If you are adding a landline phone number, the “This is a landline phone” box needs to be checked.

After entering your phone number and clicking Continue, you will be prompted to confirm your number is correct or go back to correct it.

Once you confirm your number, you will be prompted to either send a passcode to your phone or call your phone.

Depending on your choice, either a passcode will be texted to you or you will receive a phone call to confirm your number. If you choose to send a passcode you will be prompted to enter the code you receive

After you enter the code you received by your chosen method and click verify, you will be prompted with a confirmation screen.

Your phone number has now been successfully added. Click continue to finish the process.
