Deprovisioning Override Access Process

• Form for Deprovisioning Override Option is in the NetIQ UA (User App)
• Override a user's deprovisioning status for a limited time to allow extended login to Campus Connection

1. Log into the Identity Manager Dashboard
   
2. Select the Deprovisioning Override tile
   

 NOTE: If you are not defaulted to the above screen, please select Access > Request > Deprovisioning Override 

1. Fill out the Deprovisioning Override form according to the below steps and make sure to direct the user to log in using the Non-Dotted Login button on the  Campus Connection login page.
   

 NOTE: If a campus user tries to add a Deprovisioning Override for a user that is not deprovisioned, they will receive a message informing them that the selected user is not currently in a deprovisioned state.
